Our sales training workshops are delivered onsite at your office or another facility of your choosing. Dan Fisher, Managing Director of Menemsha Group and a fourteen sales leader of the IT staffing and consulting industry leads and facilitates all of our sales training workshops. The most common format is a one-day workshop that includes an overview and discussion of the IT Staffing Sales Plan and is filled with interactive discussions, small group exercises and role play scenarios. Participants will be asked to share their own sales scenarios and experiences to which the group will apply what they have been taught.
Our sales training workshops are customized based on the complexity and overall scope of your learning objectives. Our workshops can be delivered as half-day, or full-day workshops. We also offer a reoccurring/multi-day program series. Our one-day sales training workshops are ideal for management retreats and off-site leadership meetings.
Online Sales Training Workshops
Our Sales Training workshops can also be delivered as a series of one-hour online workshops (web conferences). This is ideal for groups of any size and can be delivered once a month, once a week, or at a pace that suits your goals and objectives. This gives participants a chance to digest and apply what they learn between sessions. This solution is most commonly requested from clients with a distributed sales force or those who can’t afford the expense of travel or time out of the field. Most clients choose to follow an onsite workshop with a series of monthly web workshops or sales coaching to reinforce the sales best practices contained in the IT Staffing Sales Plan methodology and the other techniques taught during the onsite workshop.
